SEPTEMBER 27, 2006, after which time entries will not be accepted, canceled, altered or substituted, except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Dog Show Rules.
Make checks payable to:  Western English Setter Club. (Returned check charge of $25.00)  THIRD PARTY CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO FAX ENTRIES ACCEPTED. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS. Photocopies of front & back accepted only if legible. HOSPITALITY
The Western English Setter Club will host a complimentary hospitality room on Friday, September 14th at the host hotel, Holiday Inn, Crystal Lake beginning at 7 PM.

2007 BANQUET DINNER
The Western English Setter Club will host a banquet at the Holiday Inn following the Saturday show.  All dinners MUST be pre-ordered and pre-paid.  There will be a cash bar.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The following hotel will accept dogs:
Holiday Inn Crystal Lake, 800 South Route 31, Crystal Lake, IL  815-477-7000 be sure to mention your affiliation with WESC.  A special rate of $95.00 per night is guaranteed until September 13, 2006 for those mentioning the Western English Setter Club.  There will be a one time, non-refundable cleanup fee of $25.00 charged to guests with dogs in their room.   
NOTE:  All dogs must be crated while in Room.

DIRECTIONS
From South, East or West:  I-90 (Northwest Tollway) to Route 31. North 12 miles to Three Oaks road. Holiday Inn is on the corner of Three Oaks Road and Rt. 31.
From the North:  Route 31 South to Three Oaks Road.

(open to dogs or bitches who have placed in an AKC licensed or member field trial; or who have an AKC Junior Hunter, Senior Hunter or Master Hunter title; or who have an ESAA Hunting Dog title.)

Non-Regular Classes Involving Multiple Dog Entries
Stud Dog - for Stud Dog and 2 - 4 of his get. Stud Dog must be entered in this class and must be shown in the ring with his get.  Owner of the stud dog need not own get.  Get must be entered in a regular class or  BOB at this show.  Class to be judged based on merits of get.
Brood Bitch - same as stud dog class only replace “Stud Dog” with “Brood Bitch” and “Get” with “Produce”.

Puppy Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes is open to all AKC registered English Setters who are at least 6 months and under 18 months of age on the day of the show.  Dogs MUST be entered in a regular class to compete in the sweepstakes.  Champions of record are allowed to compete.  Entry fee is $16.00.
